In this spring workshop we will be exploring the benefits of the iRest
Institute (IRI) Yoga Nidra, a restorative rest meditation technique,
immersing ourselves in healing sounds with Himalayan singing bowls,
exploring several self-care senses techniques and offer our bodies a
gentle stretch with slow Vinyasa Flow. All practices are developing
our self-care and offer you that extra support for your wellbeing.
