This Amethyst Mala is made with 108 beads There are knots between each bead and a cotton tassel on the end. Malas are used to count prayers or mantras and can be used for meditation to centre your focus, they are also often carried around for good luck. When not in use they can be worn as a necklace or wound three times around the wrist. Amethyst is said to be calming and protective. It promotes mental clarity, healing, devine love, inspiration and intuition. |
