BUDDHA ON A BICYCLE ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General: These terms and conditions (“Online Store Terms”) apply to all transactions concluded with you, the customer, when you shop via the buddhaonabicycle.com website (“the Website”) and the online store. Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for your future reference. By purchasing at the online store you accept and agree to be bound by the Online Store Terms and the terms and conditions. Buddha on a Bicycle reserves the right to alter these Online Store Terms from time to time. References to "the online store" refer to the buddhaonabicycle.com online store at http://www.buddhaonabicycle.com/shop. The Online Store Terms are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Acceptance of orders: Buddha on a Bicycle are only able to take orders through the online store for delivery to the countries listed on the checkout pages. If the country that you require delivery to is not visible then we will not be able to process your order remotely and you will need to call us to confirm the delivery costs to your location. At present deliveries are set for the UK and Europe only.

Buddha on a Bicycle validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form. Our confirmation of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

Buddha on a Bicycle accept all orders for products and services subject to availability and certain security checks. Through our online purchasing system 'sagepay' we accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and buddhaonabicycle.com. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us or you fail our security checks, Buddha on a Bicycle will not be liable for any delay or non- delivery.

Availability of Products If online store products become temporarily unavailable, we shall hold your order until Buddha on a Bicycle has the product back in stock and will then mail the product to you in the usual way. In the event that an individual product becomes permanently unavailable then we will seek to offer you a suitable alternative or give you a full refund.

Website image reproduction Buddha on a Bicycle has made every effort to reproduce the images of the products in the online store as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the internet. This means that when you order products from the online store, colours may differ from what you see on the screen. If you are not satisfied with the colour of the product you have ordered, we operate a returns policy (see "Returns Policy" below).

Products and Pricing All product prices include Value Added Tax (“VAT”) where applicable. These may change in line with UK government, Customs and Excise, EU directives, and other legal interpretations issued by relevant authorities.

Promotions and special offers at on the online store may not be valid at the Covent Garden store for the same product and vice-versa. Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to outside the EU. You will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt if we are delivering to any address outside of the EU.

Buddha on Bicycle reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and at any time and the right to add or withdraw any product at any time.

Guidance To the extent that we are permitted by law to limit our liability to you in connection with any order, that liability will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant product(s).

Delivery Your order will normally be dispatched within 5 (five) working days of placing the order, currently via Royal Mail. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within such timescales, however, some delays are inevitable. Buddha on a Bicycle shall not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard.

Buddha on a Bicycle are authorised to share your personal information with third parties who are used to fulfil your order or satisfy our obligations to you.

Cancellation/Returns Policy Buddha on a Bicycle have the right to cancel any order you make for any product if you fail our validation or security checks. In certain instances you may not receive email confirmation of an order being cancelled. If payment has been processed you will receive a full refund. You have the right to cancel any order you make for any product purchased through the online store for a full refund. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. When returning products to us for refund or exchange, you must pay for the appropriate postage costs.

Full orders returned from UK customers will receive a full refund including intial postage charges to your delivery address. If you wish to exhange or return any product then please send the product back with complete returns form through the post to:

Please wrap products securely, fix the returns label safely to the parcel and attach appropriate postage.

Please remember to include your completed returns form and give the reason for return and any new requirements. We advise that returns are sent recorded delivery via Royal Mail as Buddha on a Bicycle will not accept liability for lost returns.

In the instance we are liable for return postage costs Buddha on a Bicycle will not refund return postage above or beyond the inital postage charge.

Credit and Debit Card Security Assured This online store uses the latest 128bit security encryption to protect your personal information. When you enter your personal details in the checkout pages you are in a secure web site. Transactions also require the use of the security code (CV2) number from the back of your credit or debit card. This information is only available with physical access to the card and is not stored by the web site.

Online purchases are managed by our partner 'sagepay', and also PayPal. Refunds will be made in the same form as the origional order.

Buddha on a Bicycle will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and credit card information secure but unless we have been negligent, we will not be liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to the information transmitted by you when ordering products or services from the online store.
